Delete your Intelligent Translator account

In the app

1. Open Intelligent Translator and open the menu.
2. Go to Settings → Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Without the app

Email devapp.rajib@gmail.com from the email address of the Google account you signed in with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in (Firebase Authentication account).
• Your credit balance, including purchased credits, and your credit history.

What is kept

• A one-way keyed hash of your device identifier, which contains no personal data, so free allowances cannot be claimed again.
• Anonymous, aggregated usage and cost records.
• Translation history stored on your device stays there until you clear it or uninstall the app.

Deleting your account cannot be undone. Purchased credits are not refunded.
