Terms of Service
Last updated: 13 October 2026
These terms govern your use of Intelligent Translator (“the app”), provided by Rajib Rai (“we”). By using the app you agree to them.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
Free use and credits
- The app includes some free use. Beyond it, translations, Study and online text recognition are paid for with credits.
- The credits a request costs depend on how much processing it needed; the amount is deducted only when the request completes. A request that fails costs nothing.
- Credits can be bought through Google Play or earned by watching rewarded ads.
- Purchased credits do not expire. Credits earned from ads expire 30 days after they are earned.
- Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and are tied to your account.
- Purchases are non-refundable except where Google Play's refund policy or applicable law provides otherwise.
- Deleting your account permanently deletes all of its credits, including purchased ones.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app to break the law, to infringe others' rights, to submit content you have no right to share, or to abuse, overload or circumvent the service or its free allowances (for example through automated access or by creating accounts to obtain free use). We may suspend accounts that do.
AI-generated content
Translations and Study explanations are produced by AI models and may contain errors. Do not rely on them where accuracy is critical, such as medical, legal or safety matters, without checking with a qualified person.
Availability
We work to keep the app available but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features may change.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the app is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
